Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Scope-to-Go. By using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
Scope-to-Go provides workflow and AI-assisted tools for developing draft statements of work, preparing RFP packages, organizing contractor proposals, requesting clarification, and preparing recommendations. Features may change as the product develops.
Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access to their identity provider, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for membership, permissions, and the actions of their users.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the project information and documents they submit. Customers grant Scope-to-Go permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Customers represent that they have the rights and authority required to submit the data.
Contractor proposal submissions
A facility manager may issue a secure, expiring link assigned to a specific contractor and project. Anyone using that link represents that they are authorized to submit for the named contractor, will not share or misuse the link, and has the rights needed to provide the proposal and related notes. Submitted documents are delivered to the requesting organization, stored according to that organization’s retention settings, and may be processed through AI-assisted extraction for human review. The contractor remains responsible for proposal accuracy, delivery deadlines, replacements, and confirming receipt or formal procurement requirements with the facility manager. A submission does not create an award, contract, or guarantee of consideration.
AI-assisted content
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not professional engineering, architectural, procurement, safety, financial, or legal advice. Draft SOWs, RFPs, bid comparisons, contractor information, and recommendations must be independently reviewed. The customer remains responsible for project requirements, vendor selection, contracting, code compliance, safety, approvals, and award decisions.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew at the interval displayed during checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, plan limits, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscription management and payment methods are provided through Stripe. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable. Access may be restricted after failed payment or cancellation.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass organization boundaries or plan limits, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, scrape or resell the service, violate another party’s rights, or use AI features for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Confidentiality and security
Scope-to-Go will use reasonable safeguards for customer information. Customers must select appropriate retention settings, limit sensitive submissions, promptly remove unauthorized users, and notify support of suspected account compromise.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis and may occasionally be unavailable. Scope-to-Go may modify features, limits, integrations, or pricing with reasonable notice when the change materially affects an active subscription.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free output. Scope-to-Go is not responsible for contractor performance, project outcomes, procurement compliance, or decisions made from AI-generated or customer-provided information. Liability will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Termination
Customers may stop using the service and cancel paid plans through the billing portal. Scope-to-Go may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Customers should export needed records before account closure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally.
Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to thesimpletim@gmail.com. Updated terms will display a revised effective date, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
