Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your individual Scope-to-Go account or, if you are the organization owner, closure of the organization workspace and deletion of its associated customer data.
What happens next
- We verify the request. Signed-in requests are identity-verified automatically. Requests made while signed out are verified using the account email.
- We protect shared work. Organization closure must be requested by its owner. A team member’s individual request does not delete an organization’s projects.
- We process deletion. Access is removed and deletable account data is permanently removed. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
